  • Brillat Savarin, luscious creamy and slightly sour triple cream brie cheese from Normandy, France; comes with Medjool dates & toasted sourdough
  • Meredith goats milk Blue from Victoria, pale and well marbled with a soft lingering mustiness; comes with pear, sweet pickled fennel & toast
